Just Asking…
From the 5/22 New York Post’s Page Six:
“Which state legislator is about to come under heavy fire from gay activists because she’s not supporting the gay marriage bill? They say that although her legal residence is in Brooklyn, she really lives with her lesbian partner in Manhattan…”
I checked, and the legislator in question could be one of eight candidates.
Personally, I think just because someone is a dyke she shouldn’t be forced by gay and lesbian political groups to toe a certain line–especially under threat of being outed. That’s blackmail. However, if this person is an active homophobe to smokescreen her own lifestyle and sex partners, she and her lover should be ashamed of themselves.
