El Kabong
Back when I was growing up one of the cartoons I used to watch was “Quick Draw McGraw.” Quick Draw was a sheriff, and from time to time he would change into this Zorro type of character called “El Kabong.” El Kabong would swoop down on his enemies with the cry of “OOOLAAAAY!” cracking them over the head with a guitar that he called his “Kabonger.” The whack on the guitar strings produced a distinctive kagbong-like sound.
There are a few evil-doers, liars, chronic complainers, bigots, hypocrites, fanatics, whiners, and other unpleasant types that could do with an “El Kabong.”
